Due to the current global situation, the PR Team adapted the annual KGA Christmas press day into an immersive digital experience.
Along with Head of Training and @theperfumepro Sarah Binns, the PR team hosted four x 45 minute live digital sessions for press – delivering information on our Christmas offerings including Gifts for Her, Gifts for Him and Gifting favourites.
Bespoke KGA Discovery Boxes were sent out to attendees which included samples of all the fragrances packaged in a unique way to ensure the event felt like an ‘experience’ and enabled press to spritz the fragrances and discover the scents alongside the presenters.
The digital sessions were hosted on our own KGA dedicated website, which also included easy access to download press releases and high res imagery. The website also included a live chat function where attendees could interact throughout the session. Across the two days, over 100 members of press attended generating over 60 pieces of social coverage with over 200K social reach on the event alone.
